There were series of question's that I used back in 2010, that really help bring people to Christ.
First I would go up to the person or group of people. And then I'll ask, “Hey can I ask you or you all some question's?”. Most people would not be rude, they would say, “Yes.”.
1) Do you/any of you go to church? (Now, most likely if over 51% of the group your speaking to say's “No.” to this question, then that would mean that the whole group would not be believers. Believers true to the faith, most likely don't associate with non believers, unless for witness opportunity.)
If they happen to answer Yes to believing in both Heaven and Hell, then ask Question 3.
3) What do you think it takes to get to Heaven? (Make sure to address them directly like this, asking for their own understanding of how to get to heaven. Their answer will help you know rather or not to ask question 4.)
4) Can I tell you what the bible says about getting to heaven? (This is key to the whole witness, your building up the whole conversation with the person or group of people, all for this one question.) Please make sure you truly know what the bible says on this topic, because there is a false teaching within the church, that you can pray the sinner's prayer and be saved, it goes so much deeper then just that. We have churches for reason, to grow in our faith and follow Jesus. A great passage to read daily to yourself and also in a witness would be Matthew 7:17-27 and Galatians 5:22-26 (This is truly the Gospel that is proclaim by Jesus and the first 12 and should be proclaim by me and you in this time period.).).
At the end of each witness, give or try to give each person a...
1) Bible (NIV, ESV, NKJV, HCSB, AMP) Never give an KJV bible to new believers, because the word's are confusing to understand. Also, try to get one of the other bible's for witness before picking an NKJV bible, because the word's are still confusing.
